Ingredients: 1 Whole Fish,cleaned (i have used Tilapia) For the Marinade: Red Chilli powder - 2tbsp Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp Ginger-garlic paste - 1tbsp Salt to taste For the Masala Shallots - 10 -15 Tomato - 1 ,big Red chilli powder - 2tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp Ginger-garlic paste - 1tbsp Green chillies - 3 Curry leaves Coconut oil Salt For the Wrap Banana Leaf Method: Clean the fish and make deep slits in it.Marinate with the ingredients under marinade and keep it for atleast 2 hr.Heat oil in a pan .Shallow fry the fish with the marinade by flipping each side till it is done.(Do not overcook the fish) Heat oil in a pan.Add the chopped shallots.ginger-garlic paste,curry leaves and green chillies.Saute well till the onion become translucent.Add chopped tomato and cook it for sometime.Add spice powders,salt and mix well.
