Broccoli Thoran/Stir Fry
Ingredients:
Broccoli - 1/2 kg
Chopped Onion - 1
Crushed Garlic - 3
Green chilli - 2
Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
Salt
Oil
Method:
Wash broccoli and cut into small pieces.Heat oil in a pan.Splutter mustard and curry leaves.Add crushed garlic,onion,turmeric and green chillies.Saute well till the onion become soft.Pour 1/2 cup of water , broccoli and required salt.Cover it and cook it on low heat.Stir in between and add coconut .Mix well and switch off the stove.Serve hot with rice.

The light seasoning is perfect, you have spared the Garam masala from this dish, great boss!!
Hmmm!!, thinking if I buy one broccoli, I can spare the cigarettes for a day, that will serve 2 purpose, SOMEONE will be happy to eat Sreelekha's dish and more happy , I pardoned the cigarette for a day for sparing my health for a day.
