Gobi Manchurian
1 medium Cauliflower(Gobi)- seperated into small florets
3tbsp All purpose flour
2tbsp Corn flour
1/4tsp Pepper powder
2tsp Vinegar
1tsp Soy sauce
2tbsp tomato sauce
1tbsp red chilli sauce
1 tbsp Ginger- garlic paste
1 Onion
5 garlic chopped
2 Green chillies
1/4 cup Spring onions
Oil for frying
Salt
Method:
1)Clean the cauliflower and soak into hot water mixed with turmeric and salt.Drain the water completely and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
2)In a bowl mix the flours ,salt,pepper powder and 1tbsp ginger-garlic paste with little water.
3)Heat oil in a pan.Dip each florets in the flour mixture and deep fry it until golden brown.
4)Remove from oil and drain it in paper towels.
5)Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan.Add chopped onion,garlic,green chillies and ginger-garlic paste.Saute well for 3 minutes.
6)Add soy sauce,tomato ketchup,red chilli sauce and vinegar.Saute well.Adjust the salt.
7)Add the fried Gobi florets and mix well until all the florets are well coated with the sauce.
8)Garnish with Spring Onion .Serve hot .
